Fun Fest12PM-6PM May 3, 2026

MYAC's North Shore Jazz and Classical Music Festival aka "Fun Fest" is an annual FREE COMMUNITY EVENT open to the public with live music, games, food, and fun! We host it at our home base at 878 Lyster Rd in Highwood.

Guests will enjoy performances by Jazz Combos, Jazz Bands, Orchestras, Choral Ensembles, and Chamber Music Groups. Food and games will be available for purchase.

If you are interested in sponsoring this event, please reach out to karendennis@mya.org.

The event is RAIN OR SHINE! Last year’s event was on May the 4th, so naturally we had a Star Wars theme. Despite the cold weather, guests enjoyed the day and performances by Jazz Combos and Ensembles, Orchestras, Choral Groups, and Chamber Music Groups! See pictures from past festivals below.
