Ticket Policies
- Artists and programming subject to change
- No cash refunds. (If you are unable to attend a concert, exchanges are possible in some circumstances, or you may donate your tickets back to MYA and we will send you a donation acknowledgement.)
- Season Ticket holders: if you lose your tickets, please call 847-926-9898 to receive replacement tickets at no charge
- Orders placed fewer than 10 business days prior to the concert will be held for pick-up at the box office on the day of the concert, unless other arrangements are made by calling 847-926-9898 or e-mailing Donna Schardt. We accept advance reservations until 4:00 p.m. CST on the Friday preceding each weekend concert. After this point, tickets will only be available for sale at the door on the day of the performance.
TICKETS FOR ALL CONCERTS ON APRIL 24 and 25, will be available for sale in the Lobby of Pick Staiger Concert Hall before each concert!
